Simple Milk Pudding

A creamy, smooth dessert made with just three basic ingredients. This beginner-friendly pudding requires minimal effort and equipment, perfect for a quick sweet treat.

Ingredients

  • 500 grams milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 tablespoons sugar

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until well combined and slightly frothy.
  2. Gradually pour in the milk while continuing to whisk to ensure a smooth mixture.
  3. Place a pan on the stove over medium heat. Pour the milk mixture into the pan.
  4. Cook, stirring constantly with a spatula or whisk, for about 15-20 minutes until the mixture thickens to a pudding-like consistency. Do not let it boil.
  5. Once thickened, remove from heat and pour into serving dishes. Let cool slightly before serving, or chill in the refrigerator for a firmer texture.
