- 500 grams milk
- 2 large eggs
- 4 tablespoons sugar
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until well combined and slightly frothy.
- Gradually pour in the milk while continuing to whisk to ensure a smooth mixture.
- Place a pan on the stove over medium heat. Pour the milk mixture into the pan.
- Cook, stirring constantly with a spatula or whisk, for about 15-20 minutes until the mixture thickens to a pudding-like consistency. Do not let it boil.
- Once thickened, remove from heat and pour into serving dishes. Let cool slightly before serving, or chill in the refrigerator for a firmer texture.
