Lunch Recipe
A intermediate lunch recipe ready in 30 minutes.
Ingredients
- To make pasta
- add cream cheese
- salt
- buttermilk
- vegetable oil
- water
- and water.
Instructions
- To make pasta, cook 2 cups pasta in a skillet over medium heat for about 8 minutes
- Stir in 1 1/2 cups cream cheese and 1 1/2 teaspoons salt; stir until combined
- Continue stirring 4 tablespoons buttermilk and 1 tablespoon vegetable oil until light and bubbly
- Stir in 1 1/2 cups water while pasta is still warm
- Reduce heat to high and allow the sauce to simmer until pasta is just tender
- Remove from the heat and let cool.
